Individuals are typically organized into teams of 3 and are assigned to a variety of jobs (residential and commercial). Technicians will need to be local to the Asheville area or willing to relocate. Tasks include job site preparation, lights installation as well as equipment maintenance, removal of lights postseason, storage, and job site clean-up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform tasks under the supervision of the Crew Lead.

  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, work time, expenses, etc. and submit reports weekly.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with heights, ladders, and roof work (this is NOT a desk job).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical setups is a plus (we’ll train you).
  • Attention to detail—if one bulb is out, you’ll notice.
  • Reliability—show up on time, ready to work.
  • Willingness to work long hours (10-12hrs a day)

👷 Lead Installers

The holiday heroes in charge!

The Crew Lead will oversee and be a part of teams of 3 to install Christmas lights. They will assist with keeping accurate records and documentation, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.

The leads will oversee members of the crew. Tasks include initial jobsite set up and planning, crew instruction and delegation for installation, based on each individual job site and type. Able to lead, give clear and concise instructions for each crew member while taking into consideration each crew member’s skill set and area of expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a crew of installers to bring holiday magic to life.
  • Plan installations and ensure everything is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Teach newer crew members the ropes (literally).

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
